Du bist als zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen dem ITService und unseren Endkund:innen tätig
Du unterstützt und koordinierst Litigation-Projekte, indem du über ein Ticketsystem Anfragen und Aufgaben bearbeitest und lösungsorientiert mit den beteiligten Teams zusammenarbeitest
Du bearbeitest selbstständig eingehende Anfragen
Du löst User-Probleme und verantwortest die User-Verwaltung
Du erstellst Dokumentationen und Auswertungen
Du erstellst wichtige Dokumente, druckst sie aus und versendest sie per Post an die entsprechenden Empfänger

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Alternativ bringst du eine Ausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d) mit und hast idealerweise zusätzliche Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich, die dich für die Betreuung von Litigation-Projekten qualifizieren
Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine systematische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und zeichnest dich insbesondere durch die Fähigkeit aus, KI-Technologien intensiv und innovativ in den Arbeitsalltag einzubinden, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Ergebnisse zu maximieren
Du kannst vorteilhafterweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken vorweisen (idealerweise Microsoft SQL)
Du punktest mit der Fähigkeit, Probleme konzentriert anzugehen und Lösungen zu finden
Du bist optimistisch, hast Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
